Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT / AV Engineers to provide onsite services across Port Talbot and Llanelli
This is an inside IR35 contract opportunity, initially for two months, with the possibility of extending for a further month.
The successful engineers will provide onsite AV installation, IT hardware support, endpoint and server deployment, as well as general workplace IT services.
Due to the requirement to travel between client sites, a full driving licence and own means of transport are essential.
Key Responsibilities
AV & IT Deployment
- Install, configure and support AV equipment and related IT hardware.
- Deploy endpoints, workstations and servers.
- Carry out hardware installations, moves, additions and changes (IMAC).
- Validate service requests and prepare equipment prior to deployment.
- Coordinate equipment logistics, installation and collection.
- Provide onsite technical support to end users.
Workplace IT Support
- Diagnose and resolve workplace IT incidents.
- Restore services quickly in line with agreed priorities and SLAs. xgikmsk
