We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Trackside Support Engineer to join a Formula 1 team based in Brixworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Formula 1 enthusiast with experience in an IT Support / Service Desk environment to provide high-quality infrastructure and network support in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent customer service attitude, hold an ITIL Foundation certificate, and have a strong working knowledge of ITIL. You will be working within a fast-paced and technically demanding environment where challenging deadlines and high service expectations are the norm.
The service is delivered through both the Service Desk and IT Support functions, making excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach essential. Excellent spoken and written English is required.
