Deskside Support Engineer

Job Title: Level 1 Deskside Support Engineer Location: Witney, Oxfordshire Rate: £160 per day Contract Length: 2 months (potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP Overview: Were looking for a capable and reliable Level 1 Deskside Support Engineer to provide corporate IT support at a busy site in Witney. This role is to backfill a mid-term sickness absence, and while initially for 2 months, there is potential for extension depending on circumstances. Key Responsibilities: Provide deskside IT support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues Support users with standard corporate technologies, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions Escalate more complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support teams as needed Ensure excellent customer service to end users onsite Requirements: Proven experience in a Level 1 corporat…
