We're looking for a reliable and proactive Technical Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and operational support across waste/environmental services and customer-facing teams. You'll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident handling a busy workload with a strong focus on service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and CRM; escalate as needed.
- Support service requests, complaints, and day-to-day admin for waste/environmental operations.
