Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised Resource Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in coordinating the work of our engineers, managing parts, and supporting service delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule work for engineers to ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Assist with the management and tracking of parts.

• Maintain and update the job management system accurately.

• Support monthly client reconciliations and reporting.

• Act as a point of contact for client communications.

• Provide administrative support to service delivery managers.

• Arrange travel for engineers when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration or scheduling role.

• Strong organisational and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS365 and general IT systems.

• Confident in using computerised systems for data entry and scheduling.

• Accurate typing skills and high attention to detail.

• Familiarity with office-based administrative tasks.

• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
