Quality & Operational Support Coordinator
£17.00 per hour | Newcastle upon Tyne | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Quality & Operational Support Coordinator to join a busy operational team supporting a major UK banking client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, quality assurance, compliance or operational support.
The role is initially for 6 months , with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality documentation, records and procedures.
- Support internal audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor and track actions through to completion.
- Prepare reports and management information.
- Identify and escalate any issues or inconsistencies.
- Support quality improvement and governance activities.
- Provide general administrative and operational support.
What We re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, quality, compliance or operational support.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
Desirable: Experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, document control or ISO 9001 environments.
