We have a great opportunity for IT Service Desk staff to join a large IT organisation based in Hampton, Peterborough.
The successful candidate will join a large team, working on a Help Desk offing IT Support. This is a shift-based role working 11.5 hrs per shift 8pm to 8am - 4-on 4-off on a rota basis.
This role is offering a contract to begin with, with a view to becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic IT Managed Service Provider who is looking for driven people who want to progress their career in IT long term.
The ideal candidate will have worked in an IT Managed Services, Customer Services, or call centre environment.
