We are seeking an IT Support Technician with basic troubleshooting skills to provide technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and experience working with various operating systems and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices (Routers, Switches, access points, and VPN equipment).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues following set instructions.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of standard software on workstations, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Support users with Windows (all versions), Mac, and other operating systems.
