We are seeking an experienced Head of Estates to lead and deliver strategic estates management for a local authority. This role offers a hybrid setup and pays GBP835/day (inside IR35).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Council's commercial property portfolio, maximising income and value.
- Oversee rent reviews, lease negotiations, asset valuations, and garage management.
- Manage and develop a small team including Estates Surveyors and Garage Manager.
- Advise on strategy, support service transformation, and drive continuous improvement.
