Role Overview
As the Account Resourcing Lead, you will be responsible for workforce planning, demand management, and resource fulfilment across the account. You will serve as the central point of coordination between delivery teams, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders, ensuring that resourcing approaches are aligned with financial, operational, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end resource planning and demand management across the account
- Collaborate with delivery and account leadership to forecast demand and define required skill sets
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and external suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of roles
- Monitor and manage headcount, utilisation levels, and recruitment pipelines
- Lead workforce optimisation activities, including redeployment, bench management, and succession planning
- Support hiring approvals, governance processes, and alignment with workforce plans
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on resourcing performance, risks, and gaps
- Identify and drive improvements in efficiency through process enhancement and automation
