The predicted salary is between 31200 - 41600 £ per year.

Location: Gatwick Airport

Rate: £170 per day

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7am – 7pm – Shift Rotation based on a 7.5 hr working day

Overview: We’re urgently looking for Level 1 Tech Bar Engineers to join a busy on-site support team based at Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong first-line technical support experience and a customer-focused approach, looking to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line IT support at the on-site Tech Bar
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Support end users face-to-face in a professional and efficient manner
  • Escalate issues when necessary in line with support procedures
  • Maintain a tidy and well-managed tech bar space
  • Participate in weekend rota cover with agreed time off in the week

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 1st line / Level 1 IT support role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential for airside driving certification)
