We are looking for a capable and reliable Level 1 Deskside Support Engineer to provide corporate IT support at a busy site in Witney. This role is to backfill a mid-term sickness absence, and while initially for 2 months, there is potential for extension depending on circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside IT support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Support users with standard corporate technologies, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Escalate more complex problems to 2nd/3rd line support teams as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service to end users onsite
