We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Technician to provide comprehensive deskside support at our Mossmorran site. This is a fixed-term contract focused on maintaining high-quality end-user computing (EUC) services.
Contract Duration: Mon, 02 Mar, 2026 – Fri, 29 May, 2026
Estimated Volume: Engineer to support the site for 2 or 3 months (March 2026-April/May 2026)
Pay Rate: £150 per day
Services in Scope:
- Deskside support: PC, laptop, peripherals, software
- Printer Support
Required Skills:
- Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
- Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes
- Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications
- Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones
- Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components
- Good experience in Data Backup Techniques
- Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment
- Knowledge and experience of working in ServiceNow

Compliance & Onboarding Requirements:
Engineer have to perform Sterling BGV and proceed with onboarding before accessing the site. Also, we will have to procure PPE, if engineer doesn’t have.
