In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of the full consultancy lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and continual service improvement. Key Responsibilities Consultancy Solution Design: Lead client discovery workshops, advise on ITSM best practices and automation opportunities, and produce clear technical documentation and solution designs.
