We are a passionate, purpose-driven organisation dedicated to upskilling and developing professionals who work directly with vulnerable children and adults within the looked-after and care sectors. Our mission is to empower care professionals with the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to deliver the highest quality of care, ultimately transforming lives.

In this role, you will make a tangible difference—not only within our organisation but also to the end-users: the vulnerable individuals who rely on skilled, compassionate care.

We are seeking an experienced Research & Feasibility Study Specialist to lead our international expansion initiatives. The role involves conducting in-depth feasibility studies, analysing technology across international markets, and delivering actionable recommendations on how our platform and services can successfully enter new countries while maximising return on investment. You will assess both opportunities and risks, evaluate competitors, navigate regulatory landscapes, and propose strategic pathways for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis for potential countries, including technology, industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments.
  • Evaluate and compare multiple sectors to identify high ROI opportunities for market entry.
  • Perform detailed competitor analysis, mapping their platform & technology features and identifying critical differentiators.
  • Assess cultural, linguistic, and operational considerations for each target market.
  • Identify relevant regulatory bodies, licensing requirements, and local compliance standards for proposed regions.
  • Engage with government bodies, industry regulators, and potential local partners.
  • Analyse existing courses offered by competitors and identify gaps and opportunities for new course offerings aligned with regional needs.
  • Gather, analyse, and present complex data in clear, actionable reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of research activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align research insights with business strategy and CEO growth plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mission-centric focus across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success in conducting international market research and feasibility studies, ideally within the training, education, or care sectors.
  • Deep understanding of global business environments and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and analysis.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to influence leadership decisions.
  • 5+ years of experience in research, feasibility studies, or international business development.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and business tools (Google Workspace; Monday.com experience is a plus).
  • Desirable: Experience in the training, professional development, or care sectors.
  • Familiarity with global regulatory and licensing frameworks.
What We Offer:
  • Meaningful Work: Directly contribute to improving care standards for vulnerable individuals.
  • Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative, mission-led team that values compassion, respect, and excellence.
  • Remote: With some Head Office visits required.
  • Generous Leave: 33 days of holiday.

Join us to make a global impact by driving our expansion into new markets, ensuring sustainable growth, and ultimately transforming the lives of vulnerable individuals through high-quality care and training.
