- Analyse existing courses offered by competitors and identify gaps and opportunities for new course offerings aligned with regional needs.
- Gather, analyse, and present complex data in clear, actionable reports for leadership decision-making.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of research activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align research insights with business strategy and CEO growth plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mission-centric focus across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in conducting international market research and feasibility studies, ideally within the training, education, or care sectors.
- Deep understanding of global business environments and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and analysis.

- 5+ years of experience in research, feasibility studies, or international business development.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with CRM systems and business tools (Google Workspace; Monday.com experience is a plus).
- Desirable: Experience in the training, professional development, or care sectors.
- Familiarity with global regulatory and licensing frameworks.
What We Offer:
- Meaningful Work: Directly contribute to improving care standards for vulnerable individuals.
- Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative, mission-led team that values compassion, respect, and excellence.
- Remote: With some Head Office visits required.
- Generous Leave: 33 days of holiday.
