Our training empowers professionals to support children and vulnerable adults, driving meaningful outcomes while helping organisations stay compliant and grow.
We’re seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. This is a telephone-based role, ideally based in Manchester (hybrid working considered).
- Sourcing and engaging new contacts within local authorities and private sector organisations to identify key decision-makers responsible for training.
- Contacting and converting organisations with non-paid trial accounts into active, paying customers.
- Discussing training needs in a consultative manner to provide tailored solutions.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline across multiple regulated sectors.
- Accurately maintaining outreach records, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- High volume of quality outbound dials to targeted contacts.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders across local authorities and private providers.
- Passionate about social impact and improving outcomes for children and vulnerable adults.
