We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting organization with a strong emphasis on high-volume interview scheduling. This onsite role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate brings strong scheduling expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Manage complex calendars for candidates, recruiters, and interview panels
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
- Communicate interview details clearly and in a timely manner
Recruiting Operations Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate scheduling inquiries
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with coordination needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling information in ATS and calendar systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within scheduling workflows
Professional Standards
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in recruitment
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and calendar/scheduling tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service or recruitment support experience
