Location & Onsite Flexibility: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid – Minimum 2 Days Onsite Weekly). Minimum two days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Additional local travel to MA, CT, RI, and NH store locations approximately 6–8 times per month. Gas and tolls reimbursed.

Position Overview
The Fixture Development Specialist supports the Fixture Development team through the design, implementation, and rollout of new retail fixtures across all brands. This role manages departmental projects involving a high degree of complexity, including supplier coordination, cost forecasting, prototype review, and cross‑functional collaboration. This position plays a key role in ensuring fixture quality, functionality, and alignment with store planning and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Fixture Development Team on project execution and implementation
- Create and edit Purchase Orders; troubleshoot and resolve Oracle invoice issues
- Monitor prototype manufacturing and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with suppliers and internal project teams regarding deliverables
- Maintain project tracking documents, including budgets and status reports
- Analyze Oracle historical store data to determine fixture quantities and allocations
- Review floor plans, elevations, and site photos
- Utilize Sage estimating software and Excel for cost forecasting and project planning
- Develop PowerPoint information packets detailing installation instructions and test items
- Create training materials (Cheat Sheets & Fixture Manuals) to support store execution
- Review and approve technical drawings
- Negotiate costs, forecast quantities, and support budget development
- Conduct physical reviews of prototype fixtures to ensure quality and compatibility
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (5+ years of experience may substitute for degree)
- 3–5 years of retail fixture, planning, construction, manufacturing, purchasing, forecasting, or logistics experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with fixture manufacturing materials (laminates, steel, aluminum, substrates, etc.)
- Experience with Lucernex, Oracle, Photoshop, Autodesk, or similar tools
- Experience with cost negotiation and quantity forecasting
