Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance, analyze data, and identify emerging trends.
- Craft compelling and effective marketing copy, prompts, and content using advanced prompt engineering techniques for AI-driven content creation.
- Oversee the management of digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI advancements, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Demonstrated competence in utilizing AI tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and content generation.
- Exceptional prompt engineering skills, with the ability to craft precise and effective prompts for AI models to achieve desired marketing outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation software.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Bonus points:
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
- Experience in the consumer goods or retail sector.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from ÂŁ45,000 to ÂŁ70,000, commensurate with experience.
