A leading UK Not-For-Profit is seeking a talented Product Engineer/CRM Developer to join their play a pivotal role in building a new CRM that will revolutionize the target audience experience, from outreach to aftercare engagements.
What You’ll Do:

Develop the CRM product using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Provide operational support for the CRM, ensuring its smooth running.

Collaborate with your team to implement the product roadmap, optimizing the student and staff experience.

Champion agile methodologies within the Student Lifecycle product line.

Support existing CRM products until their consolidation into the single student CRM.

Engage with suppliers to resolve operational issues when necessary.

Work across teams to maximize the value delivered by the CRM.

Proven experience as a D365 developer with expertise in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies and their impact on an organization.
