We’re on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager to join a client of ours on an inflight transformation programme. My client needs a Project Manager who’s comfortable operating in a technical environment…someone who can manage delivery and apply a bit of a sniff test when things don’t quite add up.

You’ll be:

  • Leading a key project with a heavy focus on third-party management
  • Acting as the bridge between internal teams and external suppliers
  • Keeping things on track without just taking updates at face value
  • Supporting the dev team by managing workloads coming through Azure DevOps
  • Bringing structure to requests, priorities, and delivery

Think Project Manager first, but with enough technical exposure to challenge, sense-check, and keep things moving in the right direction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Project Management experience in technical/delivery environments
  • Experience working with and managing third parties
  • Experience working on D365 enabled transformation programmes (desirable)
  • Comfortable using Azure DevOps (or similar) to track and manage work
  • Someone organised, proactive, and not afraid to ask “why are we doing it like that?”

You’ll have plenty of flexibility to work remotely on this one with a couple of days required on site at the start to bed in and meet the team. It’s due to run for 6 months initially (good chance of extending to 8-9) and there’s a rate of £650 per day on offer (outside IR35).
