I have the absolute pleasure of supporting one of my longstanding consulting clients with their latest search for a Business Change Consultant.

For the last four years they have been adding to their dedicated change practice with some of the best change and learning specialists across the land and now, they have tasked us with searching for a worthy person with two to three years experience in consulting and an appetite to take their next step on the path to change greatness.

You will be working with some of the bravest, boldest humans in the change world, tasked with leading your clients to the holy grail of the business transformation universe…go live.

This is a consultancy operating in the technology space with a penchant towards Microsoft products and on this particular occasion they would love the next person to join to have experience with AI. In this case, experience of supporting clients with co-pilot would be just fine.

The client are headquartered in a beautiful castle in London but despite the need to go in from time to time there is lots of flexibility to work remotely from your own castle.

There’s a base salary of £45-55,000 on offer plus bonus and benefits and as well as the opportunity to work with an incredible team you’ll also play a part in shaping the change and learning practice internally.
