You’ve been working in SAP for a while now. Perhaps you’ve been sat in industry for a few years having ‘fallen’ into a project a while back and have been the go to person for all things manufacturing modules (QM/PP) ever since but you’re starting to get itchy feet. You know your consultative skillset could be put to good use in an environment where there’s more variety and one that’s potentially more challenging.
You may have found yourself working in consulting and after years of being targeted/rewarded based on utilisation alone with little to no focus on how satisfied your customers actually are you’re wondering if there’s a better way of doing things, one that keeps you engaged, let’s you sleep well at night and still gives you a challenge. You might even be a contractor who after years of wondering where the next piece of work is coming from is now looking for somewhere to develop, progress and work with a team of people who are all out to support each other.
I’m working with an advisory firm who sit firmly client side, focused solely on ensuring the SAP solution their customers receive is genuinely fit for purpose. They’re busy, they’ve been growing rapidly for the last few years with no signs of slowing down and are sitting on a pipeline of large scale SAP S/4HANA transformations that is literally ready to burst.
That being the case they’re on the lookout for SAP QM/PP specialists from Senior to Architect level to join their consulting team on a permanent basis. We’re not talking about configuration here. This is an opportunity to get involved with phase zero work and delivery, utilising your experience to advise global organisations on solution design, keeping SI’s in check and ensuring business and technical teams are talking in a language that everyone can understand.
My client offer heaps of flexibility to work remotely but are looking for people that understand the value in getting on site with clients so if you’re dead against travel this may not be a fit. They’re offering base salaries of £80,000-£110,000 depending on experience, benefits PLUS EMI shares.
Forget what you know about consulting. This lot are true disruptors and they’re having a lot of fun while shaking things up. Interested? Apply via the link in this advert or get in touch for more information.
