When Tupac said “I see no changes” I’m fairly confident he wasn’t talking about organisations spending millions on transformation programmes while completely ignoring the people side of change…but here we are. Thankfully, unlike a lot of businesses, this organisation actually gets it. I’m back working with one of my favourite clients in the change space, a business I’ve partnered with for over 3 years and one that genuinely walks the walk when it comes to change management, learning, and adoption.
This business has built a genuinely brilliant change practice with strong leadership, proper investment, and a culture that understands successful transformation is about people first and technology second. They specialise in Digital Transformation programmes, so they do need people who’ve operated in technology-enabled change environments (ERP exposure would be ideal and a bit of AI if you’ve got it), but the real focus here is finding someone who can build trust, challenge constructively, and help organisations actually land change properly.
They’re hiring at Senior Change Manager level and are looking to pay somewhere between £60,000–£65,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits. There’s loads of flexibility around remote working and the role is open to people across the UK. Travel will occasionally be needed for client work, but this is a business that genuinely understands work-life balance. You won’t find yourself travelling 4 hours to sit on Teams calls from a client office while everyone else works from home.
Whether you’re already in consulting or currently leading change internally and fancy seeing what the strange world of consulting looks like from the inside, this could be right up your street. Hit the link in the advert to apply or reach out directly for more information.
