When it comes to whether you need experience of a specific system to be effective as a change specialist the general consensus is “no”…followed swiftly by “but it would help”
All this to say that I know what comes next will attract attention from amazing change managers without experience of working on SAP implementations but for this role…I’m really going to need you to have it.
