I'm looking for a Business Analyst who prefers working at the operational level rather than being buried in system specs. My client is undertaking a transformation programme modernising a system that’s been in place for over 15 years. It's a full shift to a Microsoft-based ecosystem, but this role isn’t about the tech.
I need (well my client needs) you to be working with teams on the ground to understand how things work today, what’s changing, and how that translates into new ways of operating.
What you’ll be doing:
- Mapping current (“as-is”) processes across operational teams
- Working with stakeholders to understand how the new solution will change ways of working
- Defining future (“to-be”) processes aligned to the transformation
- Identifying gaps, impacts, and areas that need support or redesign
- Helping teams prepare for the shift... structurally and operationally, not just technically
What you'll need:
- Strong Business Analysis experience on transformation programmes
- Comfort working at an operational / business process level
- Proven experience mapping as-is and to-be processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills... you’ll be working closely with business teams
- Ability to translate change into something practical and usable
This is a 3 month initial contract paying circa ÂŁ500 per day (outside IR35). It's primarily remote with the odd visit to a client HQ in London and you'll be working with an awesome, experienced programme team.
