Join T.I.M.E – a charity dedicated to making music accessible to everyone. As a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, you will strengthen and expand the charity’s income stream, building meaningful relationships with community groups, businesses, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with community groups, businesses, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Develop and deliver a coordinated fundraising strategy.
- Raise the profile of the charity through thoughtful, well-planned campaigns.
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant celebrity personalities, ambassadors, and public figures aligned with our mission.
- Plan and coordinate community fundraising initiatives and events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in fundraising, partnerships, or income generation for a charity or non-profit.
- Successful track record of writing funding applications and grant submissions.
- Strong understanding of community fundraising and corporate partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Knowledge of PR, ambassador engagement, or public profile-raising.
- Experience working within small or growing charities.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: £32,000–36,000 per annum. Hybrid working model – you will be expected to travel to our offices in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, once or twice per week.
