Our quality-focused client is looking for a driven Golf Sales Manager to join their exciting venue operations in a period of sustained growth. The role: Global Talent 2020's client will require the Golf Sales Manager to support the business in leading the Golf business sales development and associated activities growth across the venue. You will be responsible for all internal and external stakeholder engagement, focusing on commercial opportunities in both the domestic and overseas markets. This will involve driving membership levels, engaging and growing corporate usage, whilst creating tailored solutions to ensure a great golfing experience end to end for all levels of handicap with the Head of Golf. This is a hands-on opportunity, driving sales of quality services. You will need to be very comfortable being customer-facing, leading by example, while creating a memorable customer journey for all levels of golfing skill. You must possess an eye for detail, illustrate sound commercial nous, especially with understanding the clientele, be knowledgeable about the game, luxury hotels or golfing retreats, and have a proven record of success coming into the role.
As Golf Sales Manager, you will manage the Golf sales across all areas of the property as required, coordinate with other departmental teams to help provide a seamless golfing experience. You are also required to showcase understanding of, devising and driving promotions, stay & play packages, and have a minimum of two years of golf sales experience. Possessing first-class communication skills and knowledge of dealing with Golf Tour operators are pre-requisites for this fast-paced role with our ambitious growing client.
