The opportunity: Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of Scotland's award-winning, established boutique restaurant and bar operators. They are looking for a driven F&B orientated restaurant and bar General Manager to join their company at this picturesque seaside town location in Fife. The venue has real kerb appeal with its location and very enviable views for its users. Great all year-round trade opportunities at this established site.
The role: Global Talent 2020's client will require the General Manager to support the business in leading the diverse team across the venue. You will be responsible for all front and back of house personnel and operations. This well-appointed food and drink concept will require a proven volume F&B led General Manager candidate with sound hands-on operational experience with wet/dry services. You will need to be very customer facing, lead by empowering your team, and creating a memorable customer journey. You must possess an eye for detail and have sound commercial nous, especially with a P&L, cellar management, stock ordering processes and expenditure controls. A great understanding of health & safety, training, and development of others, as well as possessing first-class communication skills are pre-requisites for this diverse and fast-paced role with our quality-focused client.
