They are looking for a driven F&B orientated restaurant and bar General Manager to join their exciting company, in a period of sustained growth. This boutique venue has great appeal with its East coast location and loyal, local customer base. Great all year-round trade opportunities at this popular market town site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business across front and back of house operations and manage the staff through the team of HODs.
- Drive wet/dry services and maintain a hands-on operational approach.
- Be customer facing, empower the team, and create a memorable customer journey.
- Maintain an eye for detail and sound operational understanding, including all aspects of a P&L account.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cellar management, stock ordering/control processes, and wage cost controls.
- Ensure health & safety, training & development of the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- F&B oriented candidate with General Manager experience or readiness to step up from a Deputy GM role.
- Strong leadership, operational nous, and ability to manage a multi-faceted venue.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role and able to drive a high standard of service.
