Set in a central city location, our client is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead one of their quality-focused food operations. This role involves leading a close, dedicated kitchen brigade, producing high-level popular food concepts across the main restaurant of this recognised venue, mainly delivering lunch, dinner, and events services. There is also a high level of private dining throughout the year to showcase their rosette level culinary expertise.
The role offers the option to work 4 days on and 3 days off a week, working with the best sustainably sourced produce.
Our passionate foodie client at Global Talent 2020 is looking for an experienced Head Chef talent in the kitchen. The ideal candidate must have prior experience of working in a volume food-led kitchen, cooking with fresh ingredients, specifically with one to two rosette culinary experience, and also experience of high-end events delivery. You must be able to demonstrate good all-round culinary technical skills and be able to grow, train, and develop the brigade within this quality-focused organisation, leading them in making memorable food experiences for its discerning customers.
All Chef applicants will need to demonstrate their technical abilities at interview stages.
