The opportunity: Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with an upmarket 5-star restaurant fine dining experiences at this luxury Hotel venue. Our client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for their opulent flagship venue, to drive, nurture and support the F&B team and services across this taster menu experience.
The role: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the F&B Manager, EAM and General Manager primarily in a fine dining area, but also on occasions, across the luxury bars, two beautiful restaurant areas, and boutique C&E areas within the venue. With a dedicated team on hand to lead, the role is to ensure that the quality delivery of guest food and drink experiences are consistently maintained and delivered to the highest standards. You will be used to being customer facing and assist in leading the F&B operations by professional example. With a consistent eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars requirements, whilst being alive to maximising commercial opportunities. You will manage the staff as required, while working in harmony with the Kitchen teams to deliver memorable food journeys. Sound understanding of health & safety, the training of teams, the development of service standards and order of service sops implementation are highly desired skills. Good understanding of wines & spirits, while possessing first-class people soft skills, and communication skills are pre-requisites qualities for this growing award seeking business.
