Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading direct sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean searches), employee referrals, and curated talent communities to identify and engage high‑potential candidates.
- Building and nurturing strategic talent pipelines for critical and future roles, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Using LinkedIn Insights to analyse market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers to define sourcing priorities and proactively address future talent needs.
- Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Collaborating with marketing to promote a positive and inclusive employer brand across digital platforms and candidate touchpoints.
- Working in close partnership with other Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Co‑developing tailored sourcing strategies to improve time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, and candidate fit.
- Supporting robust screening and shortlisting processes to ensure candidates meet both technical requirements and cultural alignment with Global Switch values.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Utilising digital tools and sourcing platforms to track candidate engagement, pipeline health, and recruitment metrics.
- Monitoring recruitment performance and market trends to identify opportunities for process optimisation and strategy refinement.
