Global Switch is seeking a Contract Renewal Manager for a 12-18 month contract to lead a customer-facing renewal program.

You will manage a portfolio of expiring contracts, drive end-to-end renewals, and protect revenue while aligning with commercial strategy.

Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and senior stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms, analyse contracts, assess pricing and risk, and maintain a robust renewal pipeline that supports customer retention.
