Global Switch is seeking a Contract Renewal Manager for a 12-18 month contract. You will lead a customer-facing renewals portfolio, driving end-to-end renewal processes to secure timely renewals and protect revenue while aligning with our commercial strategy.
You will negotiate with customers alongside Legal, Finance, Operations and senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and analysing contracts to maximise terms and retention.
