The Role
We are seeking professional, accredited Security Dog Handlers to support deployments across the West Midlands region including permanent Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in the Wolverhampton region. Roles are based at a large perimeter site(s), where you will play a critical part in protecting our client’s people and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset protection and reassurance patrolling
- Working as an integrated member of the client’s on‑site security team
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism, presentation, and diligence at all times
- Maintaining accurate welfare and compliance standards for your dog
Candidate Profile
- Well‑presented, professional, and client‑focused
- Diligent and reliable with a positive, proactive attitude
- Physically fit and confident operating in high‑profile environments
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence
- NASDU GP Level 2 (including Team Up certification)
- Five‑year checkable work history (BS:7858 standard)
- Suitable vehicle for deployment (BS:8517 standard)
- All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and fit for work
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
