Global Support Services (UK) Ltd (GSS) is an ACS-accredited company and a Living Wage Champion specialising in K9-led security solutions for high-profile environments. We are recruiting experienced Explosives Detection Dog (EDD) handlers to support security operations at The Championships, Wimbledon (June-July 2026, 2027 and 2028), one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, with additional opportunities to support our expanding UK portfolio throughout the year.

Candidate Profile

  • Professional, reliable and client-focused

  • Physically fit and confident operating under scrutiny

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Licence
  • NASDU Level 4 EDD Certificate and/or NCTAS-P Explosives Detection Dog Team Accreditation
  • A minimum two years experience is preferred
  • Five-year checkable work history (BS:7858) and additional vetting checks
  • Suitable vehicle for deployment (BS:8517)
  • Dog is fully vaccinated, microchipped and operationally fit
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
