Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, promoting existing and new products across Good, Better, and Best ranges.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and identify sales opportunities through lapsed account reports, cold calling, and business plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants, Contractors, and Installers.
  • Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales via phone and email.
  • Manage customer data using CRM tools and track key contacts, products, and pricing.
