Job Opportunity: Internal Sales Consultant
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? Join our dynamic Internal Sales Team and help drive success across our product ranges and customer sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, promoting existing and new products across Good, Better, and Best ranges.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and identify sales opportunities through lapsed account reports, cold calling, and business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants, Contractors, and Installers.
- Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales via phone and email.
- Manage customer data using CRM tools and track key contacts, products, and pricing.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Strong customer service instincts with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Experience in sales processes, techniques, and CRM systems.
