Sales Consultant in Worcester

About the Role

This role is focused on phone-based sales within an office environment, with around 70% of time spent contacting prospective members and promoting the company's values. The remaining 30% involves showcasing the company's clubs, achieving individual and team sales targets, and onboarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The successful candidate will join a team that acts as ambassadors for the business and is central to its health and wellness offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective members by phone to inspire them and communicate the company's values.
• Promote the company's values to prospective members within an office environment.
• Showcase and inspire prospective members with the company's clubs.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Contribute to team sales targets.
• Onboard new members.
• Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
