Personal Trainer in Worcester

About the Role

The Personal Trainer will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to support them in achieving their goals. The role is supported by a 3-day PT induction to help grow the client base, with continued development through CDP courses. The Personal Trainer will join a team whose members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Create programming plans for members.

• Support members in achieving their health and fitness goals.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• A passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Passion for customer service.

Salary

• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week.
• Minimum £16.00 per session, and £21 per session from the 16th session each week.
