Sales Consultant in Woking

About the Role

The role is focused on sales, with approximately 70% of time spent contacting prospective members by phone in an office environment and 30% spent showcasing clubs. The post-holder will work towards individual and team sales targets while on-boarding new members and ensuring they receive a premium after-care service. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group where team members act as ambassadors for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective members by phone to inspire them and spread DL values.
• Showcase clubs to prospective members.
• Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.
• On-board new members.
• Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target driven.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.

Workplace

• Office environment.
• Working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Salary

• £36,000 OTE
