About the Role
The role involves hosting a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12, both after school and at weekends. Holiday club programmes run during school holidays and provide sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides. The team is described as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the organisation does, with a focus on creating a thriving and inclusive culture. Hours vary but are a minimum of 8 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Host a variety of games, sporting activities and art sessions for members aged between 3 and 12.
- Deliver sessions after school and at weekends.
- Run holiday club programmes during school holidays.
- Provide sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must be 17 or over.
- Working towards a childcare, teaching or coaching qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
- A genuine passion for engaging individuals and children.
