About the Role
The Junior Tennis Professional / Tennis Coach forms an important part of the tennis team, responsible for managing activities, teams, box leagues, ladders and find partner schemes. The role promotes competitions, leagues and events internally and creates a fun learning environment for members. The team operates within a leading premium health and wellness group with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor tennis courts and year-round coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage activities within the tennis programme.
- Manage teams.
- Manage box leagues.
- Manage ladders.
- Manage find partner schemes.
- Promote competitions internally.
- Promote leagues internally.
- Promote events internally.
- Create a fun learning environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Hold a Level 3 LTA qualification to apply for the role.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Be a self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
