About the Role
The Operations Assistant will support the running of the club to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. The role involves working across departments with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and supporting teams wherever needed. The team is described as the ambassadors of the business and the heart of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the club's operations to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week
- Support departments across the club with cleaning activities
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Greet members as part of the day-to-day operation
- Support teams across the club wherever needed
Required Experience & Qualifications
- An overall passion for customer service
- A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role
