About the Role
The role is for a Swimming Teacher to join the team. As a Swim Instructor, the postholder will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals, whether in one-to-one or group sessions. The role sits within a premium health and wellness group that values belonging and an inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage members of all ages to help them achieve their swimming goals.
- Coach members of all ages to help them achieve their swimming goals.
- Inspire members of all ages to help them achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
- Deliver group swimming sessions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
