About the Role
The role will join the team and deliver swimming instruction to members of all ages. The instructor will engage, coach and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one and group sessions. The role is part of a premium health and wellness group where team members act as ambassadors for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage members of all ages in swimming sessions.
- Coach members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
- Deliver group swimming sessions.
- Deliver a great quality experience to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
