Chelsea FC Football Development seeks a part-time coach to deliver safe, inclusive and high-quality sessions across in-school, after-school and holiday programmes from its Crawley base at Thomas Bennett Community College. The role covers 20 hours per week, spread over 6 of 7 days, including 4 evenings, with no direct reports.
The post-holder will mentor sessional workers, foster positive environments and drive participant growth in youth football within a values-driven club.
