The role involves engaging, coaching and inspiring members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions. The successful candidate will join a team that acts as ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the employer does. Key Responsibilities
- Engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
- Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
- Deliver group swimming sessions.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.
